02Information we collect
Information you give us
When you contact us by email or through the contact form, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company or website, the service you are interested in, your budget range and your project details.
Our contact form does not store anything on this website. It opens your own email app with your message ready to send, so we only receive what you actually send us by email.
Information collected automatically
Like all websites, our hosting server keeps standard technical logs when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. These logs are used only for security and to keep the website running properly.

- To deliver, support and invoice our services
- To keep our website secure and working properly
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have agreed to it.
05Legal basis
We process your information because you asked us to (for example, when you request a quote), to perform a contract with you, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business. Where the law requires consent, we will ask for it.
06Third-party services
We use a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf:
- Hosting provider: stores this website and its server logs. All fonts and files are served from our own server, so your browser does not connect to third parties such as Google Fonts.
- Email provider: stores the emails you send us.
These providers may process data outside your country. Where this happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards.
07How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as required for the project and by tax and accounting laws. Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted. When information is no longer needed, we delete it securely.
08Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR in the EU/UK and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Ask us to delete your information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Complain to your local data protection authority

09Security
We use HTTPS encryption, secure hosting and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you where the law requires it if a breach affects you.
10Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the “Last updated” date at the top.
